A little history about 122 CORSON’S House Chef: Kat Kirwan began her culinary studies at Johnson & Wales before moving to Colorado where she finished her degree. She moved to Mercer to steward the land and work closely with farm fresh ingredients. She owns and operates the Sturdy Birch Rustic Resort located in Mercer where she hosts events and continues to work with the community.  We are delighted to have such a highly qualified chef as our ‘House Chef’ here at 122 Corson.
